Full Circle Moments: Watching My Clients Grow Up

There’s something so special about photographing the people you grew up with. It’s a full-circle moment that never stops humbling me—especially when they choose me to capture their own families.

Baby Poppy recently came to my home studio, and let me tell you… she was an absolute dream. Soft and sweet, barely a fuss the entire time.

The kind of baby you could photograph forever—and I practically did! Her session lasted nearly five hours, and I loved every second of it.

What means the most to me, though, is the trust. Knowing that families I’ve known for years continue to choose me—first for their milestones, then their engagements, weddings, maternity, and now newborns—it's the greatest compliment I could ever receive.

Watching these families grow and being invited back into their lives year after year is what makes this job so deeply meaningful. I don’t take a single moment of it for granted.
